Botched Breast Reconstruction : Case 64
About This Patient
This patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with bilateral implant-based breast reconstruction (by another provider). The patient was dissatisfied with the implant reconstructions for a number of reasons, including pain and discomfort, altered upper extremity mobility, and an inadequate aesthetic result. The implants were removed and replaced with bilateral Stacked DIEP and SIEA flaps.
