About This Patient
This 47 year-old woman previously underwent right breast lumpectomy and had a poor cosmetic result following radiation therapy. She subsequently developed cancer in her left breast and elected treatment with bilateral mastectomies. Her breasts were reconstructed with Lumbar Artery Perforator flaps (LAP flaps).
