About This Patient
This 46 year-old woman previously underwent right post-mastectomy implant reconstruction and left breast reduction (by another provider) and had an unsatisfactory overall result. The right breast implant was removed along with scar tissue and replaced with stacked DIEP free flaps. The previous left breast reduction was also revised to improve overall symmetry and the cosmetic result.
